Terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL


These general terms and conditions aim to define the terms and conditions under which Bambou Massage provides its massage services. Any booking of a massage or purchase of a gift card implies the unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

2. MASSAGE SERVICES


Bambou Massage exclusively offers massage services. Our masseuses are qualified and certified to ensure quality services in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS


Bookings and gift card purchases are made exclusively via our Fresha program or on-site. To book a massage or purchase a gift card, you must create an account on our Fresha platform. Payments are secure and can be made by credit/debit card.

4. PRICES


The prices of massages and gift cards are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Bambou Massage reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but services will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A BOOKING

 

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without charge. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged.

  • Modification: You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any modification request made less than 24 hours before the appointment cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.

6. GIFT CARDS


Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They can only be used for massage services offered by Bambou Massage. Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money.

7. LIABILITY


Bambou Massage is committed to providing quality services and ensuring the safety and well-being of its clients. However, Bambou Massage cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the services or non-compliance with instructions given by our professionals. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or other significant health issues before the start of the treatment. In the absence of this information, Bambou Massage cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or health complications.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY


The personal information collected when creating your account on Fresha is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and using it only within the scope of our service provision.

9. REGULATION

 

  • All possible efforts are made by Bambou Massage to provide the service at the scheduled time. However, the schedule may be modified or canceled, with prior notice when possible. Bambou Massage will propose a new date.

  • Bambou Massage is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings within the salon.

  • Shoe lockers are available free of charge. They can only be used to store your shoes and other personal belongings during your presence in the salon. Any items left in a locker for an extended period will be considered lost and transferred to our lost and found service.

  • All items found in our salons will be kept at the reception. If the found items are not retrieved within 14 days, Bambou Massage reserves the right to send the items to a charitable organization.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION


These general terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law. In case of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Bambou Massage.
